In line with the strategy and objectives approved in 34 C/5 for UNESCO’s Fellowship Programme in application of the Memorandum of Understanding signed by UNESCO and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in 2010, the Government of the Republic of Korea is offering thirty (30) fellowships of no more than two months’ duration. The medium of instruction is English.
Aimed at enhancing human resources and national capacity-building in least developed countries (LDCs) in Africa, Asia and the Pacific Regions, these fellowships will enable candidates to conduct research work or participate in a training course in the Republic of Korea. Given that UNESCO and the Government of the Republic of Korea grant priority to gender equality, special attention will be given to women's candidatures. English is the medium of instruction.
