Abstract: This paper endeavors to sketch the status of the Chinese Semiotics Studies in 2013. After reviewing the data selected through papers, monographs and academic communication, and studying the activities of semiotics on the dimension of applying and theory, this study has generalized a trend of Chinese semiotics: establishing of semiotics has been forward; development of Semiotics Disciplines has been rapid; meanwhile, the theory study of semiotics is still not adequate and Semiotics studies lack systematic methods.
