*The Songkran festival
The Songkran festival is celebrated in Thailand as the traditional New Year's Day from 13 to 15 April. It is the hottest time of a year in Thailand and the end of the dry season. The throwing of water originated as a way to pay respect to people, by capturing the water after it had been poured over the Buddhas for cleansing and then using this "blessed" water to give good fortune to elders and family by gently pouring it on the shoulder. Now the holiday evolved into water fights on streets and an exotic experience which attract millions foreign tourists to visit Thailand.
*Tutorial/Special Sessions/Workshop
Proposal for holding tutorials/special sessions, and workshop are invited from prospective authors, industrial bodies and academicians. Just email to the ACMSS secretariat who will forward the request to conference Chair. The program committee is also looking for event sponsors from academia, industry, publishers, and professional bodies.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full and original research papers or abstract which is NOT published in other conferences/journals) in the file of Microsoft Word (*doc. /*docx.) before the deadline of December 15. All papers will then be rolling-reviewed by the chief executive committee board and receive the letter of invitation in the next 10 days.
